The entire process — from raw material preparation to final packaging – takes place under meticulous supervision using full-line machinery for grinding, filling, sealing, wrapping, and labeling. These systems ensure hygiene, efficiency, and consistency while maintaining the traditional flavor that defines true asafoetida.
Our manufacturing operations are strategically based in Mumbai and Gujarat, encompassing three state-of-the-art facilities with a combined production capacity of 3,000–4,000 kilograms per day.
In Gujarat, we operate two advanced plants measuring 25,000 sq. ft. and 40,000 sq. ft., the latter being among India’s largest stand-alone asafoetida manufacturing units. Our Mumbai facility, spread across 9,000 sq. ft., supports key blending, packaging, and distribution functions.
Each stage of production is meticulously monitored by a dedicated in-house quality assurance team, ensuring that every batch preserves its natural essence and upholds Ever Green’s uncompromising standards before reaching the market.
